Return Policy

We accept returns that meet the following criteria and provide a refund or store credit. Anything purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Orders can be returned within 30 days, and we will issue a refund. Request your return through one of the following links according to your region:

Always keep your tracking code link as proof of shipment. As a customer of Your Safety Shop, you are only liable for any depreciation in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All products must have all original tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


If your new purchase doesn't suit you, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unused, unworn, and unwashed products (except for trying on the product(s) and in the same condition as it was sold to you). For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Labels or tags should remain intact and attached whenever possible. The product(s) should be returned in or with the original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if the product is defective. We offer exchanges for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully completed. Refunds and exchanges are only given for items returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Items returned as defective showing signs of damage not caused by a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, intentional, or wearer-related damage. Additionally, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive and approve your return, it will take approximately 20 days for your refund to be processed.


Right of withdrawal

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that a refund always requires some processing time. If you've already contacted your payment processor and bank and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at

Standard Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method and the same credit card or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, in which case you'll receive a credit back onto a new gift card). Shipping costs and sales tax on shipping are not refunded.

Defective Items

We will return a defective product if it doesn't meet the expected lifespan and falls under our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the product category and the reason for defects. See Article 10 of our terms and conditions. We will not reimburse a defective product if it's not covered by our warranty policy or if the product is damaged while being used in a manner for which it was not intended. The intended use will be at the discretion of Your Safety Shop and will be reasonably assessed. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will help rectify it as quickly as possible. Goods Damaged During Shipping

Make sure to check your item(s) as soon as you receive your package. When you order an item from Your Safety Shop, shipping occurs within 24 hours. Any delivery damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item(s). If you receive your item(s) and it is damaged during shipping, immediately send an email to Include an image and a description of the damaged goods, and share your order details. We will refund the damaged goods so you can place the order again.
